about the project

Meet Ana, a running coach who was struggling to understand what made her different in a saturated market. 


Ana is a running coach that already had a big community on Instagram and was overwhelmed with client inquiries and losing sales because she wasn’t able to respond to people via DM 24/7.


After we worked together she refined her offers, refined her ideal client and we structured her membership sales page to triple the prices she was previously offering and provide different levels of memberships.

the process

We hopped on a strategy call and we worked together to define the website sections she would need.


She uses a membership app called Trainerize and we discussed her client onboarding process, so the goal of her website is to capture leads so that she can manually onboard them on Trainerize but to help her automate her lead gen process we proposed an advanced type of lead magnet with 3 levels of segmentation: a free downloadable resource for runners who want to run 10k, 21k or a full marathon.


Based on the signup segmentation people get their lead magnet and a CTA to membership sales page or to start a conversation in her DMs.

After a year and consistently marketing her business on social media, her coaching business has grown. Now, they’ve hired more coaches and are working on some cool plans for next year to add the bilingual part of their membership.


She's also grown her email list on a monthly basis because now all her social media efforts direct people to download her lead magnet and explore her website.
